GUNDA (GLUE BERRY) NU SHAK

GUNDA NU BHARELU SHAAK(stuffed Gunda) Gunda an Indian berry is a fruit which is a good source of minerals, fibre, vitamins and other antioxidants providing essential nutrients. It is generally available during summer season. It was a common tree growing everywhere, however this fruit is disappearing.   It is used a pickle which can be stored for the entire year and also used to make a shaak which tastes very yummy with wheat roti and aam ras. it is one of my favorite delicacy which mummy used to make in summer. I thought of sharing this recipe as summer is about to get over. Try out atleast ones.
