soya sauce dip

This Soya sauce dip is generally used as a side dish for Asean meals. I mainly use for rice paper wrap, momos, dumplings or lettuce wrap.

It is quick and easy to prepare. it can be stored for 3-5 days in air tight container.

Ingredients: 

light soya sauce 5 teaspoon

crushed and roasted peanuts 2 teaspoon

brown sugar 1 teaspoon

gigner grated 1 teaspoon

green chilli-1 finely chopped

corainder-finely chopped 2-3 teaspoon

water 3-4 teaspoon

garlic 2 cloves, crushed/grated

vinegar 1 teaspoon

Method:

Mix all the ingredeints and mix well. Cover with a lid and store in refrigerator. Shake well before use.
